Description of Your Services: We are a CU owned CUSO that works in several areas: * We underwrite, syndicate, service, and manage, large commercial and agricultural loan participations. * We provide back office credit administration services in the areas of commercial and agricultural lending. These include: underwriting, annual risk reviews, problem loan management, government guaranteed loan packaging (SBA, USDA< FSA), document prep, appraisal reviews, evaluation services, departmental set up, secondary marketed agricultural and multifamily loan underwriting. * We have a team of retired examiners with over 35 years experience who handle institutional credit reviews, strategic planning, ALLL analysis, loan review. * We offer lender and management education through an online platform
