Our goal was to minimize the risk to our membership during and after the upgrade, but what we received was a far greater value than just insurance. The team was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and willing to work with all aspects of the business. Nothing was off limits; we received impactful feedback on migration tasks and ongoing operations post-upgrade. Their skill and expertise became very apparent when we needed to massage some of the migrated data. The team quickly responded to our requests and fixed a myriad of data migration issues, possibly preventing negative impact to our members.
